Man Arrested After Threatening To Harm Suffolk County Bus Driver: PD
He created a disturbance because the heat was not working on the bus, police say.

NORTH FORK, NY — A man was arrested after threatening to harm a Suffolk County Transit bus driver Friday, police said.
According to Southold Town police, the incident took place on Main Road in Mattituck at about 1:38 p.m.
The 56-year-old man was riding the eastbound Suffolk County Transit Bus toward Southold when he started to create a disturbance because the heat was not working on the bus, police said.

He engaged in an altercation with the bus driver, and was subsequently arrested and charged with harassment, after he threatened to harm the bus driver, police said.
While being processed at Southold Town police headquarters, he then damaged a computer mouse and was additionally charged with criminal mischief, police said.
