🌱 Narcan Shortage + Southold's Absentee Ballots + Kennel Sues

Officials won't start counting the absentee ballots in Southold until next week. Experts say a national Narcan shortage shouldn't affect emergency response on the East End. And one animal kennel is suing the Town of Riverhead.
