🌱 NoFo House Sales Down, Prices Up + Robbery At Tanger

4. The North Fork real estate market saw less sales in the third quarter of 2021 but higher average sale prices. In Jamesport the average sale price increased to $759,233 from $407,188. In Mattituck it was $1,132,272 compared to $695,484 and Southold $1,102,723 versus $694,401. (Northforker)
