On the Agenda: Southold Town Planning Board

Public hearing on a new cell tower proposed for Mattituck happens Monday night.

Renovations to the marina at in Greenport and upgrades to a T-Mobile wireless facility are just a few items on the table at Planning Board work session at 4 p.m. at Southold Town meeting hall Monday night.

A 6 p.m. public meeting includes a public hearing on a new cell tower proposed for Elijah’s Lane in Mattituck and approval extensions for a standard subdivision at Colony Pond in Southold, a wine storage barn for at Richmond Creek Farm, and an expansion plan at Matt-A-Mar Marina in Mattituck.

Colony Pond - This proposal is for a standard subdivision to subdivide a 13.540-acre parcel into five lots where Lot 1 = 0.8 ac., Lot 2 = 7.7 ac., including a 1 ac. building envelope and 6.8 acres of preserved Open Space, and Lots 3, 4, & 5 = 0.7 ac. in the R-80 Zoning District. The property is located on the s/s/o Colony Road, approximately 470' e/o Bayview Avenue, in Southold. SCTM#1000-52-5-60.3
