Police: East Quogue Man Charged With DWI
Southold Town Police arrest an East Quogue man for driving while intoxicated on Sunday.
The following information was supplied by the Southold Town Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
Stephen Toscano, 54, of East Quogue, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunday at 6:48 p.m. after police stopped him for a traffic violation as he drove west on Route 25 in Greenport, police said. He was found to be intoxicated, arrested and transported to police headquarters in Peconic where he was processed and held for arraignment, police said.
