CBS New York correspondent Emily Smith recently toured a multimillion-dollar estate on Shelter Island’s currently up for sale for $14,995,000 through
Brokers Matt and Susan Breitenbach gave the tour of the 16,000 square-foot home at 10 Lari Lane with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool and a tennis court overlooking 325 feet of Coecles Harbor waterfront, facing Ram Island. The estate also features grand gardens and stately rolling lawns, a private beach and a deepwater dock with enough room for a large yacht and even a seaplane.
The estate is nicknamed “Bumble Bee Manor” — a sign of prosperity and good fortune, the report says.
