Most participating chefs and restaurateurs use locally sourced ingredients in support of the region's farms, winemakers, distillers, artisanal producers and purveyors — so when you take advantage of Restaurant Week's great deals you're helping local businesses twice as they all work to recover from the coronavirus pandemic, event host The Valley Table magazine pointed out.
