Part Of Route 9W To Close Saturday AM In Nyack

NYACK, NY — The New York State Department of Transportation is advising Rockland County motorists to expect U.S. Route 9W northbound to close between Shadyside Avenue and South Broadway in Nyack between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Saturday.

Crews will be making sign repairs, weather permitting.

Anticipate delays and follow the posted detour. Local residents will be able to access their properties.

Also, slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Remember, fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone. Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of your drivers license.
