PIERMONT, NY — The one-of-a-kind ambiance at one of the region's most captivating dining spots is reason enough for the visit, but there is so much more in store for foodies looking for a quintessential Hudson Valley experience.

Otto's Full Service, an American restaurant and bar in Piermont, was opened in July 2022 by restaurateurs David and Kill Kaliff. It is located inside a former gas station that dates back to the 1920s. Until a few years ago, there was a man named Otto who owned and operated the gas station until the transformation into a restaurant.
