Stony Point Man With Motorcycle Stolen In Nyack Also Faces Drug Charge

STONY POINT, NY — William Scott of Stony Point faces a felony charge of criminal possession of stolen property, and a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Scott was arrested Sunday following an investigation into a domestic dispute, Stony Point police said. They found him in possession of a 2017 Honda motorcycle that had been reported stolen in Nyack on Oct. 13. He also was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, police said.

He is due back in Stony Point Justice Court Nov. 16.
