A Valley Cottage woman has been indicted by a Rockland County grand jury in New City on a theft charge, accusing her of illegally obtaining Medicaid benefits. Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said Giovanna Scarcella, 31, of 11 Marianne Lane, Valley Cottage, was working as a nanny as she collected the social services benefits from Aug. 24, 2009, to Aug. 23, 2012. She is accused of third-degree grand larceny in connection with theft from the Rockland County Department of Social Services. Scarcella faces a hearing in Rockland County Court in New City.

In Bach to Rock band camps, kids ages 7+ can unleash their musical talents. Our Rock Band Camp gives kids the chance to practice and perform as part of a real rock band &mdash; even if it&rsquo;s their first time playing an instrument!
Schedule: Full Day 9:00am-4:00pm

Half Day AM: 9:00am-12:30pm
Half Day PM: 12:30-4:00pm
Rock City World Tour&nbsp;(Age 4-7)

Rock City World Tour introduces young campers to a world of music! This music camp for kids 4-6 years old includes a mix of story time, musical instruments, and group play. Rock City World Tour is a half day camp that runs from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Schedule: Half Day AM: 9:30am-12:30pm
