Woman With Drugs Tried To Scam Bank Of Debit Card In Stony Point: SPPD
Police allege they found a small amount of cocaine and heroin in her possession when she was searched after the arrest.
STONY POINT, NY — A Bronx resident was arrested Friday after the TD Bank on Liberty Drive reported a woman attempting to obtain a debit card using a fictitious New Jersey driver’s license.
After a brief investigation, the woman was placed under arrest, police said. The subsequent search revealed she had a small amount of cocaine and heroin in her possession, police said.
Magdalena Nieradka, 36, faces two charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
