The suspect was arraigned in the Town of Somers Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail, according to police.

CROTON-ON-HUDSON, NY — The New York State Police Somers Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) says that 39-year-old Ralph V. Sedlmayer, of Croton-on-Hudson, was arrested on multiple charges after an investigation into repeated violations of a Temporary Order of Protection.
On April 28, a victim reported to troopers in Somers that a vehicle nearly collided with her vehicle. She told state police that the driver resembled her ex-boyfriend, Sedlmayer, who is the subject of an active Temporary Order of Protection.
After BCI conducted an investigation, it was determined that Sedlmayer had been driving the suspect vehicle, and he was seen in close proximity to the victim at several times.
