A Back-To-School giveaway in Ossining

Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church Ossining is holding a special back-to-school free, new sneaker giveaway for students in kindergarten through grade 12 in the Ossining Community. “We believe that every step taken in a new pair of shoes is a step towards a brighter future,” the event’s webpage reads.

Those Ossining residents needing sneakers must complete a registration form by August 16—a maximum of four children per household. See Star of Bethlehem Baptist Church’s website to sign up.

Those interested in donating can make a monetary donation online or purchase sneakers for those in need through the event’s Amazon Wishlist.

They are still accepting sponsors and would be delighted if your organization would sponsor the event. They offer several different tiers of sponsorship.

The event will be held in our church’s parking lot and is open to all communities, with music and
entertainment, there will be Free Food, Fun Activities, Back-To-School raffle giveaways for all attendees, and a prayer of covering for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year led by our Pastor, Shaun Ellison Jones.
