• Carlos Gutierrez, 229 Spring St, 97.11-3-87, in T zone. Applicant is seeking approval to install a shed
• Victoria Homes/Fred Torillo, CFO, 25 North Malcolm St, 89.19-1-11, in T zone, Applicant seeking approval to construct 2 bldgs
• Truagh Development Corp., 2 Sherman Pl, 89.16-3-88, in S-75 zone,  Applicant is seeking approval for a 5 lot subdivision
• Victoria Home/Fred Torillo, CFO, 25 North Malcolm St, 89.19-1-11, in T zone, Applicant is seeking conditional use permit & site plan approval to replace existing bldg w/two new bldgs
• A.S.I.A Enterprises, LLC, 121 Main Street, 89.19-6-7, VC, Applicant is seeking informal review of proposed site plan

_Croton's Planning Board meets at 8 p.m. with one item on the agenda:

• Ron Posmentier—96 Mt. Airy Road (Sec.68.13 Blk. 2 Lot 34)—Application for Minor Site Plan for a replacement of a fire-damaged house.

_The Town of Ossining Planning board meeting is held at 7:30 p.m. in the John Paul Rodrigues Operations Center at 101 Route 9A.
