Ossining Police Promote Two Officers

The Ossining Police Benevolent Association are congratulating two of their own who were recently appointed to higher ranking positions.  

The Ossining PBA gave Det. Sgt. Jeff Giorgio and Det. Aaron Zimmerman a shout out on its Facebook page:  

Congratulations to Jeff Giorgio on his appointment to Detective Sergeant and to Aaron Zimmerman on his appointment to Detective! Congratulations and good luck!  

Giorgio, a former detective, is a Yorktown resident and has been with the department since January 1998. Zimmerman, who was a police officer, is a resident of Ossining and has been with the department since January 2004.  

“They’re two very good officers that I believe will do good things in the detective division and we wish them all the best,” Ossining Police Chief Joseph Durton.
