Police: Man's Face Slashed on Ossining's State Street

An Ossining resident was slashed in the face during an argument downtown in the village on Sunday morning, police said. 

Lt. William Sullivan said police are investigating an incident that happened at 3:25 a.m. August 25 on State Street.

The injured man was first brought to Phelps Memorial Hospital and then to Westchester Medical Center for treatment.

Sullivan said the victim has been uncooperative so far, so investigators have not yet identified the weapon or the culprit.
