• 55 Pocantico Rd. in Ossining. The 4-bed, 1-bath home was sold for $245,000 on Nov. 8. The 1,389-square-foot home is located on a 9,409-square-foot lot.

• 65 Main St in Ossining. The 5-bed, 3-bath single family home is 2,250square feet and located on a 0.26-acre lot. It was sold for $115,000 on Nov. 9.

• 1450 Spring Valley Rd. in Ossining. The 2-bed, 3-bath single family home was sold for $480,000 on Nov. 15. The 535-sq. ft. home is located on a 2.01-acre lot.

• 41 Calam Ave. in Ossining. The 4-bed, 3-bath home was sold for $340,000 on Nov. 14. It is 2,190 square feet and located on a 6,142-square-foot lot.

• 58 Sherwood Ave. in Ossining. The 3-bed, 3-bath single family home is 2,000 square feet and located on a 7,013-square foot lot. It was sold for $380,000 on Nov. 26.

• 8 Cook Ln. in Croton On Hudson. The 3-bed, 2-bath single family home is 1,948 square feet and located on a 0.25-acre lot. It was sold for $270,000 on Nov. 19.
