80% Of People In This Oyster Bay ZIP Code Have Gotten Vaccine
More than two-thirds of people in this Oyster Bay ZIP code have gotten the COVID-19 vaccine, according to public health data.
OYSTER BAY, NY — Eighty percent of Oyster Bay residents living in ZIP code 11771 have received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the New York State Department of Health.
This month, Nassau County reached a new milestone in its fight against the coronavirus, with 85 percent of adults now having received at least one dose of the vaccine — the highest percentage in New York State.
The ZIP code with the highest vaccination rate in Nassau County is 11547 (Glenwood Landing), with more than 99 percent. The ZIP code with the lowest vaccination rate is 11042 (New Hyde Park), with 21.3 percent.
