Man Showed Gun To Driver During LIE Road Rage Incident: Police

A driver drove recklessly on the Long Island Expressway, before showing a gun to the other driver, Old Westbury police reported.

OLD WESTBURY, NY — A driver waved a gun at another motorist during a road rage incident on the Long Island Expressway last week, Old Westbury police said.

Jonathan Fabian, 27, was driving eastbound between exits 39 and 40 in Old Westbury when he became involved in a road rage incident on Jan. 10 at approximately 4 p.m., the police department reported. Fabian drove in a "reckless and dangerous manner" before displaying a handgun to the other driver, police said.

Fabian turned himself in to the Old Westbury Police Department, where he was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree menacing, both misdemeanors.
