6 Park Slope Eateries To Participate In NYC Restaurant Week
Restaurant week will run from July 19 to Aug. 22 this year, the mayor announced Monday. Almost 50 Brooklyn eateries are on the list.
PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Park Slopers hoping to take a bite of the expanded NYC Restaurant Week next week will have six options to do so in their neighborhood.
Mayor Bill de Blasio revealed Monday that NYC Restaurant Week, which operated only for takeout for its run earlier this year, will return this summer with five weeks of discounted meals at more than 500 restaurants across the five boroughs.
In Brooklyn, 47 eateries made the cut, including six in Park Slope.

The 2021 summer line-up is a big increase for the number of outer-borough restaurants in past years, though the vast majority of the eateries — 412 of the nearly 530 — are still found in Manhattan.
In 2019, only 12 Brooklyn eateries made the list for restaurant week, a number so low that Brooklyn started its own tradition to highlight the borough's best eats.
For participating restaurants in all five boroughs, this restaurant week will include $21 or $39 lunch and dinner options, which each include at least one entree and one side dish.
There will also be a new $125 option called the "Signature Dining Experience," which will include three or more courses.
Here's a look at the Park Slope spots on the list:
- Bareburger
- Chela
- Benchmark Restaurant
- Bar Crudo
- BKLYN Larder
- Sole Mio
