A total of 46 restaurants in Brooklyn made the cut.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Park Slopers looking to take a bite out of NYC Restaurant Week this year will only have eight options in the neighborhood.
Eight neighborhood eateries have made the list for 2022's first Restaurant Week, which launched reservations this week.
The event includes two-course lunches and three-course dinners set at $29, $39 and $59 — and, despite the name, it will run for four weeks from Jan. 18 to Feb. 13.

"With hundreds of restaurants rolling out special prix-fixe menus for a limited time, this is your chance to try it all in the most vibrant dining scene in the world," the event's website states.

In total, 46 Brooklyn restaurants made the cut this year, a step up from previous years for the borough.
In 2019, only 12 Brooklyn eateries made the list for restaurant week, a number so low that Brooklyn started its own tradition to highlight the borough's best eats.
Still, Manhattan dominates the 2022 list with 380 eateries offering deals.
Here are the Park Slope restaurants that will participate:
- BKLYN Larder
- Benchmark Restaurant
- Bareburger
- Bar Crudo
- Chela
- Pasta Louise Restaurant
- Stone Park Cafe
- Palo Santo (listed under Gowanus)
Restaurant Week comes amid a surge in coronavirus cases fueled by the omicron variant. Establishments are taking precautions and will require vaccinations.
"While New York City is open, Covid-19 remains a reality for all of us," the event's website states.
"We aim to provide you with the most current information about our NYC Winter Outing programs, but due to ongoing developments, we recommend checking with venues before you go. Proof of vaccination is required for everyone over the age of 5 to participate in indoor activities, including dining in restaurants and attending Broadway shows."
