Here’s an easy way to make a delicious dish of chicken and rice in the Crock-Pot.
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 pound of boneless chicken breasts
- 32 ounces of chicken stock.
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ cup diced celery
DIRECTIONS:
- Pour the chicken stock, rice and water in the slow cooker. Add the chicken then sprinkle in the salt, pepper and paprika. Then add the celery.
- Cover the crock and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
