4. Get schooled in wine. Don't miss Wine Classes at Terroir Park Slope. Terroir is hosting a six-part series of winter wine classes. Every Saturday afternoon, at the chef's table, guests will spend sixty minutes learning about everything from Chardonnay to Cabernet Franc, lead by Grieco himself. Classes can hold up to 12 guests and are $20 a seat.
