PROSPECT PARK, BROOKLYN — It's time once again to revel in the wildly diverse (and almost totally free) musical offerings this summer for the Prospect Park Bandshell, located along the west end of Brooklyn's biggest patch of nature.

Nearly three dozen performances are on tap for June, July and August as part of the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Festival, which has been running since 1979. Most of them are free, but the series is also sprinkled with some benefit concerts. (And film screenings!)
