Historic Trolley Tour in Green-Wood Cemetery
Come see the beautiful 478-acre cemetery from the windows of a trolley.

Have you run out of ideas to keep the extended family happy during their stay in Brooklyn?
Come to Green-Wood Cemetery for a guided tour throughout the almost 500-acre plot of rolling greenspace, monuments and history.
The trolley tour guide Marge Raymond, is a birdwatcher, naturalist and Green-Wood history buff. She will engage the riders with her knowledge of the cemetery’s most famous permanent residents, its history, trees and animals.

Raymond, who is a professional singer, has been a volunteer for the Green-Wood Historic Fund’s Civil War Project since 2002 and she has been known to break into a song during her tours.
Riders will get the chance to see panoramic views of Manhattan, walk where George Washington and his troops fought the Battle of Brooklyn and much more.

Green-Wood’s trolley tour will meet inside the main entrance at 25th Street and Fifth Avenue at 1 p.m on Sunday, November 27. Tickets are $10 for members of The Green-Wood Historic Fund and $15 for non-members. Seating is limited. Reservations strongly recommended, click here to buy tickets.
