PARK SLOPE, NY — Your local Assembly member is about to get a brand new landlord and it could be you — with the right amount of cash.

Brooklyn Assemblywoman Jo Ann Simon’s office building is up for sale, the commercial real estate brokerage firm TerraCRG announced Wednesday.

The mixed-used building at 341 Smith St. in Carroll Gardens hit the market this week and while the brokerage firm hasn't listed a price, similarly sized properties in the area go for between $2 and $4 million.

Simon — who represents the 52nd district that includes Park Slope, Gowanus and Cobble Hill — occupies the commercial space and is "a strong and stable tenant," according to a press release.

“Carroll Gardens is bursting with lots of independently run cafes, trendy restaurants, and chic boutiques making it the perfect destination for neighbors and visitors alike,” senior associate Rémi Norris said in a statement.

“The property sits across the street from Carroll Park and Carroll Gardens Greenmarket, which provides an incredible array of produce options in addition to their convenient drop-off compost location.”

Simon — is running for re-election in November and came in fifth to Dan Goldman in the Congressional primary Tuesday night — was not available for comment about the sale of the space.

The space is three stories, 3,231 square feet, contains two apartments, Simon's commercial space, and a renovated basement, according to the real estate firm.

The building is also in close proximity to Lucali Pizza, Brooklyn Farmacy & Soda Fountain, Brooklyn Habit, Frankies 457 Spuntino, East One Coffee Roasters and Gowanus Yacht Club and has easy access to the Carroll Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains.
