Man Gropes 12-Year-Old Girl In Park Slope, Police Say

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — Authorities are looking for a man who they say groped a 12-year-old girl in Park Slope last week.

It was around 7:45 p.m. on the night of Thursday, Sept. 14, when the girl was playing inside of Washington Park, on Third Street between Fourth and Fifth avenues, according to police.

That's when the man approached her and "grabbed her buttocks," police said. He then fled the area, according to police.

Little information was given about the suspect. But the man who they say was behind the groping is pictured above on surveillance footage.
