Mechanical Problem Spurs Train Delays In Park Slope, MTA Says
Delayed Q trains at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center station are just one of the subway issues facing Brooklyn commuters this morning.

BROOKLYN, NY — A mechanical problem on a train in Park Slope has prompted delays amid rush hour, the MTA announced.
The issue started at about 8:25 a.m. on a Q train at the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center subway station, spurring delays, according to the transit agency website.
This isn't the only transit issue to hit commuters in Brooklyn Friday morning: as of 8:30 a.m. G trains are running with delays due to a signal issue, the MTA said.

Earlier, at about 8 a.m., A and C trains were moving slower than usual between Brooklyn and Manhattan after a door problem, MTA tweets show.
