Park Slope Pizzeria Among Most Popular In NYC, USA: Data
Grubhub recently released a list of the pizzerias with the most 2022 orders and a Park Slope spot made the citywide and nationwide top five.
PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A Park Slope pizzeria is one of the most popular spots in the city — and the nation — to get a slice (or pie) of pizza, according to a new study.
Two Boots, located on the corner of Fifth Avenue and First Street, has received the second-most pizza orders out of all the city's pizzerias since the start of the year, according to recently-released Grubhub data.
The NYC-based pizza chain has seven nationwide locations, including two in Manhattan and two in Brooklyn — the latter two, including the Park Slope location and an outpost in Williamsburg, have gotten the third-most orders nationwide this year, data shows.

Grubhub found that New Yorkers' favorite pizza topping is pepperoni, followed by mushrooms, sausage, onions, and black olives — all of which are on the menu at Two Boots, which is known for its eccentric vegan, vegetarian, and meat-topped pies named after different characters (from "Mel Cooley" to "The Dude.")
Although its Brooklyn outposts are the most popular, Two Boots was first-opened in NYC's East Village by a pair of indie filmmakers (hence the pizza names) who loved Italy and Louisiana (hence the pizzeria's name, inspired by the geographical shapes of both places).
