"Socks for EVERYONE!! Hooray!" a shopper declared.

"Is it wrong that this just made my day," another person wondered.

Back in November, Morris Dweck, DII's owner, told Patch that because of an incoming new building, the longtime store of 20 years was on an unsuccessful hunt for a new spot in the neighborhood.

We've been looking for more than a year in Park Slope," Dweck told Patch in November, "but we have not found a single location that is large enough."

The shop has been in Park Slope for over 35 years, and at its current location since 2008.
