Glass-Smashing Thief Nabs $200K In Jewelry From Park Slope Shop: Cops
A man used a sledgehammer to break his way into Glitz Jewelry on Seventh Avenue, according to the NYPD.

PARK SLOPE, NY — A man broke into a Park Slope shop with a sledge hammer and stole $200,000 worth of jewelry, according to the NYPD.
The robber smashed his way through the glass front door of Glitz Jewelers on Seventh Avenue between President and Carroll streets about 3:45 a.m. last Wednesday, police said.
Glitz Jewelers wasn't available for comment.

Police released a photo of the suspect Wednesday morning and asked anyone with information about the crime to contact the NYPD.
