Woman Sexually Abused By Stranger On Park Slope Street: NYPD

A 27-year-old was sexually attacked on Wednesday as she walked at night just a block from a local public school, police said.

PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A woman walking on a quiet Park Slope street was sexually attacked by a stranger on Wednesday, police said.

The 27-year-old woman was walking on St. Johns Place near Sixth Avenue at 10 p.m.— just a block from a local school — when an unknown man attacked her from behind, according to officials.

Police said that the man then sexually abused the woman before fleeing east on Saint Johns Place.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene, officials said.
