- The Clare Rose Playhouse at St. Joseph’s College returns this year with an impressive lineup of three theater performances. After closing to the public in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the theater at 155 Roe Blvd. in Patchogue, on the SJC Long Island Campus, reopened Nov. 5 with the show “The Wild Women of Winedale.” (Greater BayShore)
- After missing last year due to the pandemic, the annual Connetquot River Boat Parade made its glorious return this past weekend. - Friends, family fun and fireworks are slated for Patchogue’s New Year’s Eve festivities once again. The Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce’s Midnight on Main Street returns for its sixth annual run. The event was held virtually last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.(Greater Long Island)
