
CYO basketball coaches for St. Aedan's and St. Margaret's will battle for the Liz Houston Memorial Trophy 5 p.m. Saturday in the 4th Annual CYO Coaches' Challenge at Pearl River High School.
The fundraising event for the two organizations features a game between coaches from the 25 teams in each parish. St. Aedan's leads the series, 2-1.
The organizations will also present awards to supporters of their programs and raffle off entry to basketball camps run by local coaches including Jerry Houston, Jr. and Lorraine Moylan of Pearl River High School, Pat Buckley and Pat McFadden of Albertus Magnus High School and Joe Clinton of Dominican College.

They will also accept donations of non-perishable food items to be donated to Catholic Charities Food Pantry.
Admission for the game is $3 for adults, $2 for children and $5 for families.

There is also a party for the adults that starts 8 p.m. Saturday at Pearl River Elks. Admission is $100 for two adults and includes a buffet dinner, beer, wine, soda and a DJ as well as entry into a drawing for $10,000 at the end of the night.
