The public is invited to attend the Town of Orangetown’s annual Memorial Observance to commemorate the events of September 11, 2001.
The ceremony will be held on Tuesday, September 11 at 6:30 p.m. on the lawn at Orangetown Town Hall. Clinical psychologist and radio talk show host Dr. Judy Kuransky will discuss the importance of the anniversary of a crisis.
The ceremony will include music and the reading of names of Rockland County residents who perished at the World Trade Center. The program is hosted by the Town of Orangetown and the Police Benevolent Association.
