Hayes Leads Pearl River Girls XC Past TZ, Albertus

Pearl River senior Kelly Hayes finished first overall with a time of 18:42.3 to help the Pirates defeat Tappan Zee and Albertus Magnus in a cross country tri-meet Tuesday at Pearl River Middle School. 

The Pirates took three of the top four spots and six of the first nine to defeat Tappan Zee, 23-35, and Albertus Magnus, 15-49. Tappan Zee defeated Albertus, 17-44.

Tappan Zee's Erin Jaskot finished second overall in 19:02.2.
