Lincoln Ave. Kindergarten Students To Show Math Skills to Pearl River Board of Ed
Tonight's Pearl River Board of Education meeting will feature a student presentation by Kindergarten students from Lincoln Ave. Elementary School.

A group of Lincoln Ave. Elementary School Kindergarten students will present what they have learned about addition at the Pearl River Board of Education meeting 7:30 p.m. tonight in the district administration building.
Teacher Margaret Lynch's group is the latest in a series of student presentations instituted by Superintendent of Schools Dr. John Morgano.

The board of education will also vote on a resolution appointing lead evaluators for classroom teachers and building principals as part of the Annual Professional Performance Reviews (APPR) mandated by the state.
The board is also expected to approve the establishment of a trust in the name of 2012 Pearl River High School graduate Thomas Argenti, who was struck and killed by a vehicle after a hockey game in February. The Thomas Argenti Scholarship Trust would raise money for scholarships to be given to members of the Pearl River boys varsity lacrosse team.
