
The Pearl River Little League 12-year-old boys team advanced to the Section 4 championship game with a 10-5 victory over Fishkill at the Eastchester Little League Monday night.
Jack McKee pitched a 4-hit ball over four innings for the victory, while Kieran Creighton closed the game out. Pearl River got on the board and took the lead in the second inning on a 2 RBI single by Liam McLinskey.
After falling behind in the fourth inning 3-2—Sean Flaherty ignited a 6 run rally with a bases loaded 2 RBI single followed immediately by a Jonathon Farley two run homerun.

Flaherty ended the evening with 2 hits including a two run homerun and 4 RBI’s. Liam McLinskey also had two hits and 2 RBI while Matt Russo had two hits for Pearl River. Denis Fleming was the defensive star for Pearl River.
Wes Clarkin had a two run homerun for Fishkill in the fifth inning. Pearl River plays the championship game on Wednesday night at 5:45 p.m. at Eastchester Little League against an undetermined opponent and will have to be beat twice.
