The Pearl River boys soccer team continued its strong start with a 4-0 victory at home against Clarkstown South Tuesday.
The Pirates have not only won all four games they played this season, they have yet to give up a goal. Senior goalie Pat Guerin has all four shutouts.
Two Pirates, Sean Coughlan and Ethan Dowie, each scored their first career varsity goals. Senior Brian Chiarello had a goal and an assist and Kevin Doorley also scored a goal for the Pirates. Brian Maher and Chris Coughlan each had an assist.
The Pirates' next game is 4 p.m. Thursday at Clarkstown North.
