Rockland Man Accused Of Distributing Toddler Sex Abuse Porn
He faces federal charges, the FBI announced.

ROCKLAND COUNTY, NY — A 28-year-old Rockland County man accused of distributing videos of toddlers and little girls being sexually assaulted faces federal charges of downloading and distributing child pornography.
According to the criminal complaint filed in the Southern District of New York, Timothy Mirabal used a Russian-hosted phone app to access the folder with illicit images.
The app prosecutors alleged he used is known by law enforcement as a conduit for child sexual abuse material, the complaint says. Investigators of group chat connected to the app discovered the folder in September. Addresses linked to the folder were linked to Mirabal.
