Hike the Overlook Trail

Where: Teatown Lake Reservation at 1600 Spring Valley Road in Ossining
Why go? The group will visit one of the least frequented areas of Teatown on this moderate hike through Hidden Valley and up the Overlook Trail. Look for box turtles and snakes in the blueberry meadow and see how the blight on hemlocks has changed the landscape. The cost is $5. Call 914-762-2912, extension 110 to make a reservation.
