Cops Arrest Peekskill Man, Close Year-Long Crack Cocaine Probe

A 44-year-old Peekskill man is facing felony charges in connection with a year-long investigation into the sale of crack cocaine in Peekskill and the nearby area, officials say.

Authorities arrested Kenneth Wilson Monday. He was transported from the Westchester County Jail, where he was being held on unrelated matters, to the City of Peekskill Police Department.

Officials there charged Wilson with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was taken back to jail.

The Peekskill Police Department's Narcotics Unit, along with the New York State Police Narcotic Division, conducted the probe.
