CORTLANDT, NY — The town of Cortlandt is inviting all kindergarten to 12th grade students living in or attending a school in Cortlandt to share their artwork.

The Exuberant Joy Student Open Call is asking students to submit up to three works for an exhibition that will begin in February.

The second annual exhibit, which will be held at Cortlandt Town Hall, is seeking works from student artists that embody the themes of joy, delight, glee, excitement, cheerfulness, lightheartedness or bold expressions, organizers said.

Eligible mediums are paintings, works on paper, photography and textiles.

There are no minimum dimension requirements, however the maximum is 60 inches by 60 inches.

The submission deadline is 11:50 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7.

Chosen submissions will be on display from Feb. 5 to May 2.
