Cortlandt Man Arrested for PCP Possession Following Domestic Dispute
A resident of Old Post Road was found to be in possession of 600 mg of PCP as he was being placed into custody for criminal mischief during a domestic disturbance.

On Oct. 25 the New York State Police responded to a Cortlandt residence following a 911 call reporting a domestic dispute. The suspect, Jules White, of Old Post Road in Cortlandt, was found to be in possession of 600 milligrams of phencyclidine (PCP). This discovery was made as White was being placed into custody for criminal mischief that occurred during the domestic disturbance.
The defendant was processed for one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Forth degree, a Class "C" Felony and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth degree, a Class "A" Misdemeanor. He was arraigned in the Cortlandt Town Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail. He is due to reappear in Town Court Friday, October 28th, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
The arrest was made by Trooper Jason Pugh and Investigator Timothy W. Miller.
