Cortlandt Received Award for Sustainable Master Plan
The Town of Cortlandt has received an award for its sustainable planning

The Tow of Cortlandt has received the Westchester County Planning Federation Award for its Sustainable Envision Master Plan.
A master plan is a guide and tool that government's use to plan for the next 10 years. The sustainable plan has its emphasis on sustainability, including green energy issues, economics, and in creating additional places for future living and working areas. Last month, the town received the same award from the federation for its new Master Plan.
"The new master plan builds on the other two plans adopted in this administration," said Linda Puglisi, Town of Cortlandt supervisor, in a statement. " We are all very pleased and proud to receive this County Planning Federation Award."
