Cortlandt State Troopers Arrest Two fro DWI/DWAI

-On Feb. 6, Mahopac resident Ricardo Del Cid Gonzalez, 38, was arrested in Yorktown at 1:40 a.m. for driving under the influence of alcohol. Cortlandt troopers saw him driving east on Route 6 and weaving across the turning median and the eastbound lane. Troopers pulled him over and found him to be under the influence of alcohol, troopers said. Del Cid Gonzalez failed the administered Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was then arrested and transported to State Police Cortlandt for processing. He was processed and is due in Yorktown Town Court on 02/11/2011 at 9:30 am.

-Steven Mosby, a 58-year-old Cortlandt resident, was arrested on Feb. 7 at 9:10 p.m. for driving while ability impaired and for second degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is due in Cortlandt Town Court at 9 a.m. on Feb. 18.
