A 60-year-old Poughkeepsie woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated following a recent arrest in town, according to police.
Troopers from the Cortlandt barracks made the arrest at about 3:35 p.m. Saturday on Brook Lane in Cortlandt Manor.
In addition to the misdemeanor charge, police also charged the defendant with refusing to take a breath taste, an infraction.
