
A 50-year-old Croton-on-Hudson woman is accused of getting behind the wheel while intoxicated and driving to the Cortlandt state police barracks to report an incident, according to officials.
Troopers arrested the woman at about 8:45 p.m. Oct. 6, after she failed standardized field sobriety tests. Her blood-alcohol level was reportedly 0.10 percent. The legal limit is 0.08.
Police charged the woman with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She is due Oct. 21 in Cortlandt Justice Court.
