Crime at Woods III Condos, Felony Crack Charge

Criminal Contempt at Woods III Condos

Robert Mont, 29, of Peekskill was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor on Oct. 20 at 5 p.m. at the Woods III Condominiums. Mont was charged after being found in the apartment of a female acquaintance that held an order of protection against him. He was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court.

Felony Crack Charge

On Oct. 18 at 10:25 p.m. Stefano DeMicheli, 23, of Montrose, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of controlled substance, a felony, on the 400 block of Sherman Ave. Det. Anthony Malfitano and police officer Joe McGann observed DeMicheli involved in a drug transaction and charged him with possession of over 500 mg of crack cocaine. He was held for arraignment in Peekskill City Court and remanded to the Westchester County Jail without bail.
